Role Summary
A L500/Chambers ranked West End law firm in London is actively looking to recruit a Senior Associate into its commercial real estate team.
You will join an established department in a fee earning capacity and gain exposure to a range of commercial real estate transactions.
Sitting between the Junior Associates and Partners there is a legitimate medium term progression track for the right individual.
This is a transactional role with a focus on landlord and tenant matters. You will also get exposure to investments, residential developments as and when the need arises.
Based in a fantastic part of the West End the firm in question are agile with a 3:2 hybrid working policy and modern offices.
Experience Required
- Be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
