London Legal 500 Commercial Law firm Real Estate Solicitor opportunity. You will work closely with a Partner on a variety of real estate transactions including portfolio acquisitions and disposals, refinancings and management matters, acting for both landlords and tenants.You will deal with a broad range of clients from international retail brands to property investors to high net worth individuals. In the main, you will advise commercial property investors and developers on the acquisition, management and disposal of high value property assets across England & Wales.You should have an excellent academic record and have trained and worked at a highly reputable Law firm. You should be able to deal with day to day landlord and tenant work for clients with large commercial property portfolios as well as act for clients on sales, purchases and the real estate aspects of refinancing and handle commercial and mixed use development work including the acquisition of sites, site set up and disposal of units.Flexible working and a good benefits package is on offer here. If this sounds like you and you are 3-5 years PQE and seeking a new London Real Estate role; then do please get in touch with me to find out more!
