Real Estate Solicitor (Development & Investment) sought for leading, Top 40 law firm.
The firm
Our client is a leading UK law firm with multiple offices and an impressive international reach.
The firm's Legal 500 ranked Real Estate Department services corporate and private wealth clients and is one of the largest, most diverse property teams in London.
The role
Due to growth, and following recent senior appointments, the firm is looking to welcome a Real Estate Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to the team.
The successful applicant will work closely with two well-known Partners in the development and investment space, and alongside a number of impressive Associates.
Duties will include:
- Advising on the acquisition and disposal of investment property
- Handling lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants
- Assisting on large scale development transactions including carrying out due diligence and drafting and negotiating site assembly documentation

Required
- 2-4 years' PQE gained in commercial real estate from a leading, recognised law firm
- Excellent academic record
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
