You will ensure thorough investigation and resolution of fitness to practise concerns in alignment with the organisation’s goals for quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. The appointed lawyer will conduct thorough risk assessments, escalating cases when necessary, and making decisions on case outcomes in alignment with established guidance and procedures. THE CANDIDATE:Applications are open to qualified solicitors and barristers with previous experience of effective case management against agreed targets with significant experience in an investigation’s role.
