REGULATORY LAWYER, 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE, 12 MONTH FTC, LONDON/ HYBRID, £52,000 - £58,000 FTE. A reputable organisation is seeking an experienced Regulatory Lawyer to join their team on a 12 month fixed-term contract, with the potential for an extension to 18 months. JOB REF: 8920•In this FTC role, you will join the organisation’s Fitness to Practice department, managing cases from initiation through to completion for the Investigating Committee.•You will oversee the progression of Fitness to Practice investigations, including cases referred for final hearings.•Your responsibilities will include ensuring thorough investigations, gathering witness statements, and compiling essential evidence to support each case•The organisation follows a hybrid model, allowing remote work on certain days of the week.•Applications are now open to qualified solicitors, barristers, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.•Regulatory experience is preferred, but legal professionals with strong advocacy skills and a background in other areas of law are encouraged to apply if they have transferable skills.•The ideal candidate will have a background in conducting investigations, gathering evidence, making sound, evidence based decisions, and preparing cases for hearings.•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.•To apply contact Kaye Thumpston at eNL on or email with your CV or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
