Your Role:You’ll be responsible for managing a substantial caseload of residential transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient completions. Your duties will include:
?? Managing a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, leasehold, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and new builds?? Checking contract documentation, mortgage offers, and search results?? Handling legal enquiries and resolving client queries?? Managing exchange of contracts and completion of transactions?? Working proactively to meet deadlines and provide exceptional client service
What We’re Looking For:?? Experience as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Solicitor handling your own caseload?? Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively?? Strong communication and client relationship skills?? A proactive approach and a team-player mindset
