- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, from file opening to post-completion, including registration and archiving.
- Conduct conveyancing matters efficiently on behalf of clients, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and promptly.
- Use the firm's case management system proficiently to manage files and documents.
- Provide excellent client care, maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Assist colleagues with conveyancing tasks and provide support when necessary.
- Handle all administrative duties related to conveyancing, including drafting contracts, preparing transfer deeds, and managing correspondence.
- Participate in business development activities to help grow the firm’s client base and reputation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and client due diligence.
- A Solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process.
- Excellent business development skills with a proactive approach to generating new business.
- Driven and highly motivated individual with a positive outlook.
- Able to work independently, managing their own workload efficiently, while also being a strong team player.
- Demonstrates excellent client care skills with a friendly and caring attitude.
- Good IT skills and experience using case management systems.
