The Role:As a Salaried Partner, you will:
- Lead and manage a high-quality caseload of residential property transactions.
- Oversee sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold matters, remortgages, and new builds.
- Drive business development and strengthen client relationships.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentoring within the team.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the firm's high standards.
- 7+ years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a successful team.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and grow business.
- Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving abilities.
