A Boutique London law firm are seeking a residential property solicitor or fee earner to deal with a full caseload and play a key part in the property team, The role provides access to a range of matters dealing with small to medium enterprises and some larger corporations.

You will will be involved with running your own caseload (under supervision), such as:

  • sales and purchases of land - both registered and unregistered and both freehold and leasehold;
  • plot sales;
  • transfers of equity;
  • remortgages and property finance;
  • easements;
  • lease extensions including some experience in dealing with statutory lease extensions;
  • purchasing development sites and some experience of option agreements and conditional contracts;
  • participating in business development initiatives

This will be a hands-on role in working with high-end estate agents and having a real variety of work. The firm offers a supportive environment and career progression.
