Residential Property Solicitor Central London Top 200 firm My client is looking for a driven and ambitious Solicitor with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience to join their Real Estate Residential team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with excellent communication skills to contribute to the growth and success of the department.  Based in the heart of the City, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the development of the department, with the opportunity to expand their own network.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing title and contract documentation, mortgage offers, and search results, providing clients with accurate and comprehensive reports.
  • Managing residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
  • Raising and responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Resolving complex and technical queries efficiently.
  • Preparing accurate financial statements for clients.
  • Handling the exchange of contracts and completions.
  • Verifying clients' source of funds, KYC, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Responding promptly to clients, estate agents, brokers, and introducers.
  • Keeping case management systems up to date and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  Required Experience:
  • Solid knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
  • Expertise in conveyancing matters, including land registry practices.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of residential conveyancing transactions.
