My client is a top 100 law, currently on the lookout for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Central London.Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing title documentation, contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results
  • Providing accurate reports to clients.
  • Raising enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Promptly raising and responding to enquiries
  • Resolving complex technical queries.
  • Preparing accurate financial statements.
  • Managing contract exchanges and completions.
  • Ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and checking client source of funds.
  • Providing timely updates to clients, agents, brokers, and introducers.
  • Maintaining up-to-date case management records.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Taking lead responsibility for purchase files.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Residential Property Solicitor (ideally 1-3 years’ PQE)
  • Experience dealing with HNW Residential Property matters
  • Full knowledge of land registry practices.
  • Strong business development
