Property Solicitor North LondonCompetitive Salary, Dependent on ExperienceFull-time, PermanentMy client is expanding their busy Property team and seeking a motivated Residential Property & Property Finance Solicitor to join them. This role offers a varied caseload, including residential work, bridging lending, property finance, and, for the right candidate, potential commercial work.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage residential property transactions, including acting for investors on sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases
  • Handle property finance work, including acting for both borrowers and lenders in bridging loans and other property-related finance transactions
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients in both residential and property finance matters
  • Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements and security documents
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, investors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
  • Potential for involvement in commercial property matters, depending on candidate interest and experience
  • Handle property-related disputes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor (1+ years PQE preferred) with experience in residential property law and property finance
  • Experience with bridging lending and acting for both borrowers and lenders
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Commercial property experience is a plus (but not essential)
