Property Solicitor North LondonCompetitive Salary, Dependent on ExperienceFull-time, PermanentMy client is expanding their busy Property team and seeking a motivated Residential Property & Property Finance Solicitor to join them. This role offers a varied caseload, including residential work, bridging lending, property finance, and, for the right candidate, potential commercial work.Key Responsibilities:

Manage residential property transactions, including acting for investors on sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases
Handle property finance work, including acting for both borrowers and lenders in bridging loans and other property-related finance transactions
Provide expert legal advice to clients in both residential and property finance matters
Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements and security documents
Liaise with clients, lenders, investors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
Potential for involvement in commercial property matters, depending on candidate interest and experience
Handle property-related disputes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (1+ years PQE preferred) with experience in residential property law and property finance
Experience with bridging lending and acting for both borrowers and lenders
Strong communication and client care skills
Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Commercial property experience is a plus (but not essential)
