As Senior Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal counsel and contributing to the overall success of our client's business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Advise senior management on legal risks and potential impacts on business decisions
  • M&A transactions acting on buy side and sell side
  • Shareholders’ agreements
  • Corporate reorganisations and restructures
  • Joint ventures
  • Founder exits.
  • Employee share schemes
  • Working directly with entrepreneurs, MBAs and High Net Worth Individuals
Qualifications:
  • A current English Law practicing Certificate.
  • At least 8 years PQE in a law firm
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience in a similar role
