As Senior Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal counsel and contributing to the overall success of our client's business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges.Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
Advise senior management on legal risks and potential impacts on business decisions
M&A transactions acting on buy side and sell side
Shareholders’ agreements
Corporate reorganisations and restructures
Joint ventures
Founder exits.
Employee share schemes
Working directly with entrepreneurs, MBAs and High Net Worth Individuals

Qualifications:

A current English Law practicing Certificate.
At least 8 years PQE in a law firm
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven experience in a similar role
