Senior Legal Counsel (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Our client accelerates innovation by investing in and partnering with scientific projects that have the potential to address unmet medical needs. They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a 12-month maternity cover to support their mission.

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will:

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial and intellectual property matters within the life science and medical research-related space.
• Work closely with scientific teams to navigate legal complexities involved in the projects.
• Ensure compliance with UK laws and regulations, specially on Data Protection Law and Commercial, IP law to mitigate risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
• Support strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Position Details:

• Location: Central London and hybrid work (3 days in the office)
• Contract: 12-month maternity cover
• Annual Salary: up to £120,000 doe
