My client is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their thriving office in South West LondonKey Responsibilities
  • Advising new and existing clients effectively and efficiently, recording all advice given.
  • Regular client liaison and coordination with third parties, including expert witnesses, courts, counsel, beneficiaries, probate registry, and HMRC.
  • Working closely with secretarial staff to ensure the timely preparation of legal documents.
  • Staying up to date with professional development and best practices.
  • Accurately recording billable time and ensuring timely client billing.
  • Complying with SRA regulations regarding client accounts, professional conduct, and client care.
  • Proactively engaging in business development activities to promote the firm’s services.
  • Meeting set billing and chargeable hour targets.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 5 years’ PQE in private client law
  • Confident in managing own caseload,
