An opportunity has arisen for an experienced property lawyer (residential and commercial) with this successful full service law firm with a global reach providing a world wide service to their clients. This is a key role as you will bejoining as Partner & Head of Property of their Residential and Commercial Property Department

Role

Heading up the Residential & Commercial Property department, you will have the autonomy and opportunity to grow this department and make your mark. They welcome new ideas and decisions are made quickly.

The work handled by the team include a wide range of conveyancing services eg rights of way, restrictive covenants, auction sales/purchases, but to let, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease assignments and extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, residential property development, lease renewals, business renewals and the acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.

You will be working independently on your own caseload and have experience in supervising work carried out by others.
