This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a passion for maritime law to work on high-profile disputes in a dynamic and collaborative environment.The RoleYou will be advising a global client base, including shipowners, charterers, P&I clubs, insurers, and commodities traders, on a wide range of shipping-related disputes, including:

  • Charterparty and bill of lading disputes
  • Ship arrests and enforcement actions
  • Casualty and marine insurance claims
  • Trade and commodities disputes
  • International arbitration and litigation in key jurisdictions

You will work closely with market-leading partners and gain exposure to complex, high-stakes matters across multiple jurisdictions.About You

  • NQ-5 years' PQE with experience in shipping disputes, international trade, or general commercial litigation
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with a commercial mindset
  • Experience in LMAA arbitration, High Court litigation, or other dispute resolution forums is beneficial
  • Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
