My client is seeking dynamic, commercially minded qualified Wealth and Estates Planning Solicitor to join their London office. The role offers 3 days of remote working per week and flex-hours.

You will be able to manage your own caseload which will involve providing a complete service to high-net-worth individuals and their families to include wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and estate administration.

Exceeding client expectations is the firms top priority and their passion, so the team is client focused and committed to providing consistent and excellent client service. You will have a proven track record of delighting your clients and will be able to demonstrate how you have gone the extra mile to achieve this.

You will have a keen commitment to training and you will be a real team player able to work within a team and have a commitment and enthusiasm towards business development and marketing.

Requirements

• Wealth and Estates Planning experience: Minimum 3+ year PQE• Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct• Strong IT skills• Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies• Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets• Proven experience of handling own caseload• Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines• Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
