Profile

A successful Disputes Associate should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognised university.
  • 1-5PQE.
  • Qualified Solicitor OR Barrister in England & Wales.
  • Experience in handling complex disputes in the professional services industry.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
