Roles and Responsibilities:Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as a experienced change practitioner to:- Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans.- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard- Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.- Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers.- Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries.- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of the business.- Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain changeMandatory skills:Change Strategy and Planning, Change Impact Assessment & Change Action Execution, Change Measurement, Stakeholder Management, Communications Management, Change Network Management, Learning Needs Assessment, Strategy & Planning, Design, Build, & Execution, Organisation Design & Deployment
