LIMS Project Manager - LIMS Implementation
Robert Half is collaborating with a leading global consulting firm to recruit a LIMS Project Manager to support their end client in a high-impact multi-country LabVantage rollout. This role is focused on driving the implementation, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Contract Assignment Details:
- Contract Type: Initial 12-month interim contract (potential extension)
- Working Model: Hybrid (flexible for the right candidate)
- Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35, via an FCSA-accredited umbrella company)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and rollout of LIMS.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Collaborate with LabVantage and Mindsprint as integration partners
- Challenge unnecessary system modifications, steering teams towards standard functionality
- Provide strategic oversight on SAP integration (if applicable)
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading LIMS implementations
- LabVantage experience is essential
- Strong background in Quality Management Systems
- Experience with multi-country system rollouts
- Exposure to SAP integration is a plus
