LIMS Project Manager - LIMS Implementation

Robert Half is collaborating with a leading global consulting firm to recruit a LIMS Project Manager to support their end client in a high-impact multi-country LabVantage rollout. This role is focused on driving the implementation, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Contract Assignment Details:

• Contract Type: Initial 12-month interim contract (potential extension)
• Working Model: Hybrid (flexible for the right candidate)
• Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35, via an FCSA-accredited umbrella company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and rollout of LIMS.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Collaborate with LabVantage and Mindsprint as integration partners
• Challenge unnecessary system modifications, steering teams towards standard functionality
• Provide strategic oversight on SAP integration (if applicable)

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading LIMS implementations
• LabVantage experience is essential
• Strong background in Quality Management Systems
• Experience with multi-country system rollouts
• Exposure to SAP integration is a plus
