Contract Opportunity: Pitch Manager (Law) - 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pitch Manager to join a leading law firm on a 6-month contract (Inside IR35). This role offers the flexibility of remote work and requires an individual with to collaborate effectively with senior partners, including those based in Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage pitch processes, ensuring high-quality, compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Utilize existing template documents in PowerPoint and work with the in-house creative team to produce polished, visually appealing pitches.
- Conduct research to understand the firm's positioning, clients, and markets, leveraging this knowledge to strengthen proposals.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to align proposals with strategic objectives.
- Manage 2-3 concurrent bids, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior partners, demonstrating confidence and professionalism in a high-pressure environment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in proposal management within professional services, law, corporate, professional services, banking, or agency environments.
- Proven ability to create compelling, client-focused pitches and proposals, with significant experience in legal or professional services preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to adapt and enhance existing templates.
