  • £45,000 salary
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • 15-month fixed-term contract

Professional Development Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Professional Development Manager in coordinating the delivery of legal and professional development training
  • Assisting with trainee seat rotations and qualification process
  • Help coordinate the lawyering orientation process for new trainees, associates and counsel
  • Coordinate the associate reviews in the firm’s Asian and European offices, as well as lawyer training across the firm’s European offices

Key requirements for the Senior Professional Development Advisor include:

  • 2 years+ Professional Development experience from a law firm
  • Exceptional written, communication and organisational skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
