Opportunity: SAP Business ByDesign Project Manager (SAP ByDesign)

Location: mostly remote with occasional visits to one of their offices in London or Birmingham

Contract: 6 months initially outside IR35

Day rate: competitive

Stanton House is currently working with a global assurance provider who has recently achieved significant growth naturally and by acquisition and its now is undertaking a project to consolidate it's ERP systems on to one singular finance platform (SAP Business ByDesign).

Therefore, they are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead this end-to-end implementation of SAP ByD. This role is a perfect fit for professionals with a strong background in SAP ByD programme implementations and a passion for leading complex transformation initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Must have delivered a SAP ByD implementation as a Project Manager
• Experience delivering large multi-million pound, multi-year ERP programs,
• Technical project management skills with the ability to quickly grow technical and business understanding to ensure both finance and business requirements are met.
• Experience working in large multi-national corporate environments and managing diverse stakeholders across time zones.
• High level of emotional intelligence with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead challenging business transformation programs with a proven track record across full lifecycle SAP programs.
• Deliver under challenging circumstances, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality constraints within budget.
• Lead teams in complex environments, including multi-vendor setups, complex client organization structures, and geographically distributed teams.
• Work with global teams and lead both local and remote consultants.
• Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) and present to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.
• Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, leveraging specific consulting frameworks.
• Articulate value-based propositions, review program financials, and lead proposal presentations to create compelling propositions for clients.
• Demonstrate substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Deliver multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including significant multi-country roll-outs for S/4 HANA and/or ByD.
• Gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate data and information for various audiences.
• Exhibit project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
