Your Role & Impact

As Quality Manager, you will be at the heart of our Technical Design Group (TDG), working closely with project teams at every stage of development. Your mission is to drive quality, consistency, and technical excellence across our projects by refining our quality management systems (QMS) and ensuring that every design meets our world-renowned standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Manage - Oversee the office quality management system (QMS), ensuring seamless implementation across projects.
  • Monitor & Improve - Continuously track quality performance, drive improvements, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Audit & Report - Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformities, and produce compliance reports to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Engage & Collaborate - Gather employee and client feedback, ensuring our designs consistently exceed expectations.
  • Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all projects align with national and international quality standards, including ISO 9001.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven leader who is passionate about quality, process optimisation, and innovation in design and construction.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager within a multidisciplinary consultancy.
  • Degree educated in a relevant subject.
  • Strong expertise in ISO 9001 compliance and quality management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with the design, implementation, and management of integrated quality systems.
  • Previous experience in an engineering or construction environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of national and international industry regulations and QA methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to track multiple objectives and drive meaningful improvements.
  • Experience in auditing, non-conformity management, and corrective action planning.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to author high-quality technical documents.
  • Certified ISO 9001 Auditor (highly desirable).
  • Member of a recognised quality-focused organisation (preferred).
