Salesforce Consultant

A global Salesforce partner, carving a niche in the successful delivery of Salesforce Industries projects (formerly Vlocity), is seeking multiple Salesforce Consultants. In less than 4 years, they've already grown to 200+ people and are delivering complex, £5mil+ greenfield projects to household names in the telco, energy and financial services sectors.

Working as part of a project team, you'll primarily be client facing and will be responsible for managing stakeholders, running workshops, gathering requirements and documenting user stories. With the aid of a technical team, you'll help translate these requirements into scalable solutions, thus playing a key role in delivering projects swiftly, efficiently and to a high quality. You'll also play a role in the wider practice, helping to define project methodologies and suggesting process improvements.

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

  • 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce and it's product suite.
  • Managed challenging stakeholders and run workshops.
  • Delivered large scale projects, end-to-end.
  • Experience of gathering requirements and documenting user stories.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant sector experience (Telco, Energy/Utilities or Financial Services).
  • Previously implemented Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Exposure to/interest in Salesforce Industries.
  • Previously worked in consulting environment (desirable).

Role: Salesforce Consultant

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + 10% bonus
