This pivotal role involves overseeing pitch processes, collaborating with senior partners, and producing high-quality, commercial pitch responses. You'll be joining a diverse team and will play a key part in driving the firm's growth by enhancing pitch strategy and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage multiple panel and transactional pitches simultaneously.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance on pitch strategy and win themes.
- Lead client/sector research, competitive analysis, and develop high-quality proposal responses.
- Facilitate pitch kick-off meetings and manage preparation for strategic presentations.
- Proactively conduct pitch debriefs and turn feedback into actionable improvement plans.
- Support training and development of the Pitch Team and champion best practices across the firm.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing pitch processes within a law firm environment, especially panel pitches.
- Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail and clarity in communication.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
