This pivotal role involves overseeing pitch processes, collaborating with senior partners, and producing high-quality, commercial pitch responses. You'll be joining a diverse team and will play a key part in driving the firm's growth by enhancing pitch strategy and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage multiple panel and transactional pitches simultaneously.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance on pitch strategy and win themes.
  • Lead client/sector research, competitive analysis, and develop high-quality proposal responses.
  • Facilitate pitch kick-off meetings and manage preparation for strategic presentations.
  • Proactively conduct pitch debriefs and turn feedback into actionable improvement plans.
  • Support training and development of the Pitch Team and champion best practices across the firm.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing pitch processes within a law firm environment, especially panel pitches.
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail and clarity in communication.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
