Senior Project Manager (Inside IR35 Contract)

Our client, a global Insurance Firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manage to lead complex, high-impact technology projects. In this key position, you'll manage projects from initiation to completion, driving successful outcomes for clients while overseeing budget, scope, and risks. You’ll work closely with a talented team, including Change Managers, Business Analysts, and Delivery Leads, to build strong project plans and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex projects across Agile and Waterfall frameworks
  • Defining project scope, cost, and timelines while fostering stakeholder relationships
  • Proactively handling risks, dependencies, and change controls to keep projects on track
  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced project managers

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in managing large-scale projects with proven success
  • Insurance and London Market experience preferred
  • Certifications such as Prince2, SCRUM, or PMP are advantageous
  • Skilled communicator with an innovative approach to problem-solving
