This role is ideal for someone passionate about student well-being and behaviour management, with experience working with students facing challenges in mainstream education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group academic support, ensuring students stay on track with their work.
- Help students manage emotions and behaviour, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Support reintegration into mainstream classes by building confidence and addressing individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, and pastoral teams to create tailored support plans.
- Encourage self-regulation, social skills, and emotional resilience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with students with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural needs.
- Strong ability to build relationships and promote positive behaviour.
- Ability to create a structured and supportive learning space.
