About the role - Learning mentor

I am currently working with this mainstream secondary school based in Hackney who are looking for a learning mentor to support their students across school starting immediately. The school are looking for a learning mentor to work with vulnerable students, providing them with practical support to improve their academic achievement where they will also be responsible for investigating incidents and recommending sanctions. The successful learning mentor will be required to establish positive working relationships in order to support teaching and support staff in maintaining discipline while providing in-class support for students.
