• Building Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with students to support their social, emotional, and academic progress.
• Behavioral Support: Help manage student behavior and implement strategies to promote positive conduct.
• Transition Assistance: Support students transitioning between lessons and ensure punctuality and preparedness.
• Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving student conflicts and promoting harmonious relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support individual student needs.

• A genuine passion for supporting young people and promoting their well-being.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mentoring, youth work, or a related field is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced school environment.
