Founded over a decade ago, the firm prides itself on innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results for its investors worldwide.The Role:In this multifaceted position, you will work closely with the General Counsel, supporting legal and compliance functions across the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing the corporate governance of a broad range of corporate and partnership structures while gaining exposure to diverse legal and compliance projects within a fast-paced, global environment.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee corporate governance for the firm’s corporate and partnership vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including filing accounts, organising board and shareholder meetings, and maintaining company documentation.• Manage the formation and dissolution of entities globally, utilising the firm’s entity tracker system.• Draft and maintain key governance documents, including operating agreements, minutes, and governance reports.• Provide support on various legal and compliance initiatives, including global employment and privacy policies.• Assist with documentation requests related to the firm’s structure and liaise with external counsel on employment, immigration, and corporate matters.About You:We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
