Are you an experienced Legal PA looking for a role that gives you variety, broad exposure and where no day is the same?

If so, we are recruiting for a Float Legal Secretary to work for one of our international law firm clients based in the heart of London!

This role is working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30, 5 days in the office to offer fundamental PA support to fee earners where needed. They are paying a competitive salary up to £55k plus great benefits!!

Duties include:

- Diary and travel management

- Creating full travel itineraries

- Opening new matters

- Document amendments

- Drafting correspondence and engagement letters

- Expenses and billing

Skills required:

- Must have previous legal secretarial experience

- Ideally previous experience within real estate

- Excellent communication and client service skills

- Ability to build strong and positive relationships

- Ability to multi task and manage a busy workload

- Excellent IT skills

- Confident, proactive and a team player
