Are you an enthusiastic individual with basic administration experience in a law firm? Our client, a prestigious law firm in London, is looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to join their supportive and dynamic team.

Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per annumLocation: Central London (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with diary management, including the setup of meetings and conference calls, often coordinating with reception, room bookings, IT support, and facilities.
  • Aid fee earners in obtaining and collating client due diligence, as well as preparing client engagement letters.
  • Support with correspondence, preparation of legal documents, and client communications.
  • Help with billing, time recording, and general administrative duties.
