Job Title: Junior Legal PA / Legal Assistant

Location: Liverpool Street

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

THE ROLE

To providing support to the relevant PA team and fee earning colleagues by assisting the in the following (but not limited to) areas:

  • Printing and filing of documents
  • Assist with fee earners with banking related admin
  • Manage the entry of timesheets for partners
  • Assist with the billing administration process
  • Assist with the new business intake administration process
  • Assist with the organisation of event/meeting logistics from meetings to client lunches
  • Assist with travel bookings
  • Assist with updating client information and relevant database

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 6 - 18 months experience in a legal admin role
  • No law degree
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexibility
  • Time management
  • Excellent written, phone and email manner
  • A clear communicator
  • A collaborative and enthusiastic worker
  • A team player
