Role Overview: They are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join them in working across different practice areas in the firm. The role is working 9:30-17:30 in their beautiful, central Liverpool Street offices.

They are looking for someone who has worked 4+ years in a secretarial/PA role at a top US firm. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team, be adaptable and self-managed, and have a can-do attitude!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce quality documents
  • Email management
  • Diary management
  • Entering time
  • Travel bookings
  • Liaising with clients

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • 4 years + experience within a similar role
  • Experienced in document mark ups and revisions
  • Excellent attention to detail
