Salary: Up to £38,000

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secretary to join one of our international law firm clients. This role will sit within their employment hub supporting the wider team. The firm offers a attractive hybrid policy and great benefits!

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a law firm, understanding the unique demands and dynamics of such an environment. This position is perfect for someone looking to advance in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Employment Hub team.
  • Managing communications, including handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Maintaining and updating client records and files.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a law firm is essential.
  • Involvement in billing and invoicing processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
