We are recruiting a Legal Secretary to work for a very successful corporate department. This role will be providing direct 1-2-1 support to a Senior Partner as well as additional fee earner in the team.

The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (however must be flexible on occasion to work overtime) paying a competitive salary! Some hybrid working and great benefits on offer.

Duties in this role will include, but are not limited to, diary management, document production, arranging meetings and events, filing and archiving, making travel arrangements, managing expenses, adhoc administration tasks as well as providing general support to 2 Partners and 5 Associates.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills are a must as well as the ability to liaise with people at all levels in the business.

You must be able to work flexibly according to the demands of the business, have a commercial mindset and be a self-starter able to use your own initiative.
