THE DETAILS

Job Title: Legal Personal Assistant

Location: Central London

Salary: £45,000

Hybrid: Yes, 3 days in, 2 from home

Holidays: 25 days annual leave, plus office closure between Christmas and new year

This award-winning law firm has been established for over 40 years. They have a fantastic reputation throughout the UK offering expertise across every area of law to both businesses and individuals. With 600 partners and staff, this is a great opportunity for an experienced legal PA to join a team of renowned legal experts and support some of the best in the business.

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for an experienced PA to join the team in their central London Office. The role will be supporting fee earners, partners, senior associates, and an associate.

Duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Complex travel arrangements
  • Communication with clients of the department in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensuring excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • To produce quality documentation for the department.
  • To raise invoices and credit notes and keep accurate records for the department.
  • To assist fee earners with diary management, meeting management and travel management
  • To complete document work
  • To coordinate business development and client liaison initiatives
  • Preparing bills
  • Opening and closing matters
  • Assisting with filing, e filing and archiving
  • Assisting with production and distribution of management accounts reports
  • Creating weekly financial presentations and monthly reports for the finance director.
  • Processing invoices

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years+ experience as a PA in a law firm
  • Excellent client care skills, confident and professional in all communications with clients of the firm
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft 365.
  • Diary management
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision and use your initiative.
  • Good working knowledge of house style letters, documents, and precedents relevant to the role
  • Experience with Proclaim, iManage, Intapp and Glasscubes would be advantageous, however are not essential as training will be provided.
