Our client, a highly regarded legal services provider, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their central support team. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for a professional who values flexibility while contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment

About the Role

You will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to a team of consultant lawyers operating across a range of commercial practice areas, including family and private client law. This varied role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secretarial Support: Typing (audio and copy), formatting legal documents, and general document preparation.
  • Case Management: Assisting with file management, document archiving, and maintaining the case management system.
  • Invoicing: Supporting client and consultant lawyer invoicing processes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Photocopying, scanning, filing, and preparing legal bundles.
