- Open files and compile the engagement pack for clients.
- Deal with post-completion requirements.
- Deal with post and ensure all letters are sent promptly.
- Maintain client correspondence through telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face communication.
- Deal with all post-completion requirements such as sending out Notices, letters, etc.
- Prepare the draft bills and completion statements and liaise with the Finance team on setting up payments.
- Type and draft of documents through dictation.
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident, diligent, proactive, and self-motivated
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Adaptable and flexible to meet work demands
