We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Legal PA to support senior legal professionals in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Legal PA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day legal activities. Your duties will include:

? Diary & Inbox Management - Organizing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless time management.? Document Preparation - Drafting, proofreading, and amending legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.? Client Liaison - Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining professionalism, and handling sensitive information with discretion.? Administrative Support - Managing case files, maintaining records, and assisting with billing and expenses.? Travel & Event Coordination - Arranging business travel, accommodations, and supporting internal events and meetings.? Confidentiality & Compliance - Ensuring all documents and communications comply with legal and firm-specific confidentiality policies.

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:

? Proven experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary, or similar role within a law firm.? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.? High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.? Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.? Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
