The FirmOur client, a Top 20 International law firm based in Central London are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their growing Finance team.
The OpportunityThe successful Legal Secretary will work mainly with the Finance team but also have the opportunity to work across other practice groups. This role will report directly into the Assistant Secretarial Support Manager. Duties to include:
- Manage diaries and emails for fee-earners, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle telephone inquiries as needed
- Oversee the work flow to the Document & Design Central, print room, and other departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Edit and format agreements and documents as required
- Perform copy-typing and process digital dictation as necessary
- Compile and index legal documentation and set up files accordingly
- Submit fee-earner expenses on Chrome River in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Business Development, Marketing, and Finance teams to assist with team-specific tasks
This Legal Secretary role is a full time, hybrid role (50% office based), working Monday - Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm
Requirements
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment, showcasing a proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Exhibit strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of IT literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
