About the company: Our client is a well-established US Law firm with offices in London. They have expertise in numerous practice areas and are consistently ranked among the top law firms in these fields.

Role Overview: They are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years' experience working within a firm supporting partner level and be able to work to a high level of ability and in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Correspondence
  • Diary management
  • Filing and document management
  • Organising events
  • Ad hoc tasks
  • Providing full secretarial support
  • Handling email enquiries efficiently
  • Arranging travel itineraries and bookings
  • Organising and scheduling client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Minimum of 6 years working within a law firm
