Part Time Real Estate Legal PA !

An award winning and highly reputable Law firm seek a part time Legal PA to join their Real Estate team on a permanent basis, based in the City

This role is Monday to Wednesday, with 1 day in the office one week and 2 days in the next.

Supporting Partners and working along side other PAs/EAs you will be required to:

-Act as a gatekeeper

-Manage diaries, coordinate meetings

-Plan travel and itineraries

-Organise events

-Create and amend letters and documents

-Transcribe

-Draft bills and narratives

-Open/close files

-Update the CRM with client contact info

-Assist the BD team with marketing activities

-Build relationships with clients

-General admin support

We are looking to speak to experienced Real Estate Legal PAs who are able to work Monday to Wednesday.
