Role Overview: They are seeking highly experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a busy law firm and support senior partners and fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a heavy billing role
  • Answering and managing phone calls.
  • Document amending
  • Handling email enquiries efficiently.
  • Managing and organising diaries.
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence.
  • Arranging travel itineraries and bookings.
  • Organising and scheduling client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a busy law firm.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
