Role Overview This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Legal Secretary to support partners and fee earners within this amazing US Law firm on a 6-month FTC basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Billing
  • Organising and managing calendars
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence
  • Arranging travel itineraries and bookings
  • Scheduling client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a busy law firm
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
