The company: A small company within the legal and financial advice sector.
Main duties: To support with preparation of legal documents and manage client relationships.
The Role:- To support with preparation and drafting of legal documents- To update and maintain accurate client information in the system- To liaise with new and existing clients and maintain great working relationships- To assist with contract negotiation- To support with research for commercial agreements - To assist with obtaining signatures for contracts from various parties in a timely manner- To directly support the managing director
The Candidate:- Fluent in Spanish to business standard (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in a business administration role - Essential- Background within the legal sector would be an advantage- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- IT literate with experience with EXCELThe Salary: circa £26,000 per annum plus benefits
