Our top law firm client is seeking a Temporary Corporate Legal Secretary with law firm experience to start ASAP. The role is based in the office 4 days a week and 1 from home. The successful candidate must be available immediately to start. This role will be for approximately 6 weeks.

You must have extensive experience in a law firm as a legal secretary within corporate or finance and available to start as soon as possible.

Duties for this role will include

File Opening
General Administration
Diary management
Billing
Organising and managing calendars
Drafting and preparing correspondence
Arranging travel itineraries and bookings
Scheduling client meetings
