Are you a strategic and detail-oriented Bids professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic law firm? We're seeking a talented Bids Manager to join our team and lead the end-to-end bid process, driving growth and securing new business.

About the Role:

As a Bids Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering high-quality, winning proposals for the firm. Working closely with partners, business development, and marketing teams, you will be responsible for:? Leading the full bid lifecycle, from qualification to submission.? Developing compelling, client-focused proposals tailored to each opportunity.? Managing bid content, ensuring consistency, compliance, and persuasive messaging.? Collaborating with internal teams to refine best practices and improve bid processes.? Conducting post-bid analysis and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:? 5+ years' experience managing the tender/bids process,ideally within a professional services or legal environment.? Previous experience in public sector tendering and working knowledge of procurement portals.? Strong writing, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.? Confident working with stakeholders at all levels, influencing and managing expectations.? Confident working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling bid content.? Strong analytical skills to assess bid opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.? Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.? Line management experience would be preferable.? A proactive, solution-focused approach with a drive for continuous improvement.
